Kiran K.Shrestha
After 5 years into Television production, Kiran left his job as a program manager at Young Asia TV (YA*TV) and concentrated with nepa~laya. nepa~laya was initiated in 1998 with the aim of producing software for TV and also providing productiuon services to travelling film crews. An Export Marketing Graduate turned into a Radio Presenter then to a TV producer / filmmaker, Kiran currently heads nepa~laya which produces and promotes music, independent films and creative literary work.
Managing nepa-laya is his full time engagement and film making his part-time hobby.
His independent films - Bhedako Oon Jasto... in search of a song, and Sa Karnali through Dolpa - has travelled to numerous film festivals in the world.

Dana Moyal Kolevzon
Dana is a New York City-based partner and Director of International Relations for Nepa~laya. She received her BFA in Film & Television studies in 1998 and has worked in TV production all over the world. Dana considers Nepal her second home, and has extensive knowledge of how to coordinate foreign productions in Nepal. She has worked together with Kiran Shrestha in Nepa~laya on many projects filmed or shot in the country, including TV sitcoms, documentaries, commercials, and advertising campaign photo shoots. Dana has also been a producer, associate producer, and researcher on documentary projects for the French/German channel ARTE, as well as various series for National Geographic International and in the United States for Discovery, Travel, PBS, and A&E Channels.
